1. Scope and acceptance
Search Ad Claims is owned and operated by Move Labs, Inc. (“Move Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a C corporation and private intake organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information when you visit this website, submit a form, communicate with us, or use any related service that links to this policy (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Move Labs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the Service, we may collect:
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, advertising-spend figures, eligibility responses, claim-related details, and any other information you choose to submit.
- Communications. Information in emails, calls, text messages, documents, feedback, support requests, and other correspondence with us or our partners.
- Device and usage information. IP address or a derived identifier, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, dates and times of access, pages viewed, links clicked, form and campaign interactions, and similar diagnostic data.
- Cookie and advertising information. Cookie identifiers, campaign and referral parameters, general location derived from IP address, and analytics or advertising identifiers, as available.
- Information from other sources. Information from referral partners, advertising and analytics providers, service providers, public sources, and the law firm that may review a matter, where permitted by law.
If you provide information about another person or a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate process.
3. How we use information
We may use information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- Evaluate potential eligibility, respond to an inquiry, prefill documents, coordinate intake, and facilitate review by Silver Arbitration Law, PLLC or another selected provider.
- Contact you about your submission, requested services, documents, deadlines, status, customer support, and other administrative matters.
- Market and promote our services and those of selected partners, send newsletters or promotional messages, personalize content and offers, measure campaigns, and create or reach audiences that may be interested in our services, subject to applicable law and your available choices.
- Analyze traffic, referral sources, conversions, and usage trends; conduct research; and develop new features, services, and business opportunities.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with law, legal process, and professional or regulatory obligations; establish or defend legal claims; and protect our rights and the rights and safety of others.
- Carry out any other purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your direction.
4. Marketing and advertising
We may use the contact, submission, device, usage, cookie, and campaign information we collect for our own marketing and for joint or partner marketing. This may include email, telephone, text message, online advertising, retargeting, campaign attribution, audience measurement, and personalized content, where permitted by law. Consent to receive marketing is not a condition of obtaining an eligibility review where applicable law says it may not be.
We may disclose information to marketing, analytics, referral, and advertising providers or partners for these purposes. Certain privacy laws may define some of these disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even when no money changes hands. Where required, we provide the right to opt out of those activities. We do not use information protected by an attorney-client relationship for unrelated marketing unless authorized and legally permitted.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
- Legal-review partners. Silver Arbitration Law, PLLC and, where appropriate, other attorneys or professional advisers that evaluate or support a potential matter.
- Vendors and service providers. Providers of hosting, databases, analytics, communications, document signing, customer management, security, fraud prevention, advertising, and related operational services.
- Marketing and referral partners. Partners with whom we promote, measure, develop, or offer services, subject to applicable privacy and marketing laws.
- Authorities and other parties for legal reasons. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, counterparties, or others when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements.
- Business transaction recipients. Actual or prospective buyers, investors, lenders, advisers, or successors in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
- Other recipients. Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or after information has been aggregated or de-identified so it no longer reasonably identifies you.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Service functioning, remember preferences, understand usage, measure form and campaign performance, prevent abuse, and support marketing and advertising. These technologies may operate for a single session or persist until they expire or you delete them.
You can limit cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. We respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals that are not legally binding.
7. Your submission and attorney-client privilege
Move Labs is not a law firm. Sending information to Move Labs, using the Service, or communicating with us does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Information submitted before a written engagement agreement is accepted may not be privileged or confidential. Do not send sensitive or confidential documents during an initial inquiry. If you later engage Silver Arbitration Law, PLLC, that firm’s privacy and professional obligations may separately apply to information it receives.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to evaluate and follow up on inquiries, support potential matters, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. The retention period varies with the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and applicable legal obligations. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer.
9. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk and should use care when sending sensitive material electronically.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or contact us to request that we stop promotional communications. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-promotional messages about an inquiry, transaction, legal notice, or our ongoing relationship. You can also manage cookies as described above.
Depending on where you live and subject to exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; to object to certain processing; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and to appeal a decision about a request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, email hello@movelabs.xyz with enough detail for us to understand and verify it. We may request additional information to verify your identity or authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We will respond as required by applicable law.
11. State and international disclosures
Residents of California and other jurisdictions may have additional rights regarding the categories of personal information we collect, the sources and purposes described above, and the categories of recipients to which information is disclosed. We may process information in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction, and we use legally required transfer protections where applicable.
12. Third-party websites and services
The Service may link to websites or services we do not control. Their privacy, security, and content practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to a third party.
13. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in our discretion, with or without prior or individual notice, except where notice or consent is required by law. Changes are effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
